Jeff retired from the MacNaughton Group in January 2026 after a 37-year career there. Before joining MacNaughton in 1989 he enjoyed a nine-year career in public accounting and consulting. His commitment to philanthropy includes, in addition to HawaiiKidsCAN, serving on the boards for Teach For America-Hawai’i and the Hawai’i Community Foundation. Jeff just previously had served on the boards of Child and Family Service Real Property, the GIFT Foundation of Hawaii and Kapiolani Health Foundation. Jeff serves on the HawaiiKidsCAN board because he believes all kids are inherently creative, resilient, persistent and enthusiastic. Given the right opportunity, proper environment and inspirational leadership and support, they can all achieve their full potential.
