Tiffany Huynh is a Hawaii-based leader in climate innovation, partnerships, and community impact, serving as Senior Director of External Affairs at Elemental Impact, a nonprofit investor focused on scaling technologies with deep environmental and local benefits. In her role, she builds and strengthens networks across corporate, government, philanthropic, education, and startup communities to advance a clean, vibrant, and equitable future for Hawaii. Prior to joining Elemental, Tiffany built a career in marketing and strategic communications, leading initiatives for the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific & Foundation in Honolulu and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) in Sydney. She also managed client relationships across major sectors in Hawaii at Anthology Marketing Group. Tiffany is an active leader in the community, serving as Vice President of Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE). She also serves on the boards of the Hawaii Alliance of Nonprofits (HANO), Wastewater Alternatives & Innovations (WAI), Climate Hawaii and the Hoʻala Foundation for Education. She has been recognized as a Pacific Business News 40 Under 40 honoree.
