As we reflect on our work, we’re reminded of the ōhi‘a lehua tree–a slow, steady grower that is the first tree to spring up from a fresh lava flow. Advocacy can feel slow-moving, but lasting change takes root over time. When we work together with resilient parents, students and communities, our keiki will bloom and thrive.
